There is no strict minimum. Most new dealers start with a demo unit and a small initial order of 5-10 units. We are flexible and work with you to find the right entry point.

Spapilot works with all major control systems including Balboa, Gecko, and most European and Asian manufacturers. If you work with a brand not listed, reach out — we likely support it or can add compatibility quickly.

We work with a limited number of authorized dealers per country or region — typically 4 to 8 depending on market size. We are currently actively seeking Country Sales Partners in France and Spain. During the onboarding call with Jens, you will discuss your specific region, pricing, and what volume commitments apply.

Yes. We ship from our warehouse in Sweden to anywhere in Europe. Direct-to-dealer and drop-ship-to-customer options are both available.
