3. Orders and Acceptance
1. Place your order by selecting products and confirming your details at checkout.
2. After submitting your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with the details.
3. The contract becomes binding once we accept and confirm your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna (where available)
All transactions are processed securely. Zavepower does not store payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• We ship to all countries within the European Union.
• Delivery times vary depending on location: 2-10 working days
• Shipping fees are shown during checkout. Free shipping may apply above specific purchase amounts.
• If a product is delayed, you will be notified promptly.
Customs: For countries outside the EU, any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
How to cancel:

2. Return the product in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Exceptions:
• Customized or used products cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranties and Complaints
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU law.
Warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects and faults in materials.
Warranty does not cover:
• Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
