- Is Spapilot officially approved by Balboa?No. We are an independent company. Compatibility is based on our internal tests and customer installations.
- Will this void my spa warranty?Installation should be performed as instructed. We recommend checking your spa warranty terms. If you’re unsure, contact your reseller or us.
- Which BP models are supported?BP200, BP600, BP601 are tested; BP2100 partially tested. Send us photos and we’ll verify your exact unit.
- Do I need the Balboa Wi‑Fi module?No. Spapilot provides its own connectivity and app. You connect with controlbox with the connector.
- What if my spa uses Gecko (YE3/YE5)?Gecko support is planned. You can register interest and we’ll notify you once available.
- Does Spapilot control lighting and jets?Spapilot has full control over the functions like pumps, lights, temperature, filtration cycles and more
- How long does installation take?Around 30 minutes for most spas. A professional can help if you prefer.
- What if it doesn’t work with my setup?Contact us within the return period. We’ll troubleshoot or arrange a return according to our policy.
