By subscribing or completing a purchase, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and acknowledges that:

  • The Spapilot Service & Support Pack is billed at €9.95 per month (incl. VAT) on a recurring monthly basis.

  • The plan may be cancelled at any time by the Customer.

  • Warranty, software updates, and remote support remain active only while the Service & Support Pack is active and paid.

  • In case of non-payment, services may be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.

  • The use of Spapilot or Autopilot products does not affect or void the manufacturer warranty of Balboa, Gecko, or other OEM spa systems under EU Directive 2019/771.

How do I know if I have a Gecko or Balboa control system? Most modern spas and hot tubs use either a Gecko or Balboa control system. To find out which one you have, check the control box inside your spa cabinet – there is usually a label or logo on the box that says “Gecko” or “Balboa”. You can also look at your spa’s user manual or the main control panel display, where the brand name is often shown during startup. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a photo of your control box and we’ll help you identify it!
