By subscribing or completing a purchase, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and acknowledges that:

The Spapilot Service & Support Pack is billed at €9.95 per month (incl. VAT) on a recurring monthly basis.

The plan may be cancelled at any time by the Customer.

Warranty, software updates, and remote support remain active only while the Service & Support Pack is active and paid.

In case of non-payment, services may be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.

The use of Spapilot or Autopilot products does not affect or void the manufacturer warranty of Balboa, Gecko, or other OEM spa systems under EU Directive 2019/771.
- Sweden: Flat rate shipping 99 SEK.
- Europe: Flat rate shipping 29 €.
- All orders are dispatched from our Swedish warehouse and delivered within 2–6 business days.
